It is my great privilege to welcome you to King's Boys, where the distinctive strengths of the Foundation are clearly evident. As the founder member of the King's Foundation, King's Boys has over 500 years of history and tradition and is justifiably proud of its heritage. However, this is a school firmly focussed on the future.
We really do believe that we have the best of all worlds here and I would like to encourage you to come to our school to experience the very happy atmosphere and to appreciate our aspirations for the boys. We would like to share with you their achievements and the extensive opportunities they enjoy. The boys at King's, and I, believe that we are part of something very special and truly unique.
Single-sex teaching in the classroom (11 to 16 years) – this is highly beneficial at this stage of your son’s development. It allows each boy to learn in an environment that is focused on him achieving his full potential under the guidance of highly qualified and experienced staff.
King’s Boys is small – about 400 pupils, which means that the personal development of each boy is carefully nurtured in a supportive environment.
King’s is a large school with a wealth of resources and expertise to draw on. The boys have unparalleled opportunities through clubs, societies and joint activities with King’s Girls. The School believes in all round education.
"I want to say a very warm and heartfelt thank you to all the staff at King's. My son Alex is progressing to the Sixth Form, and this is the end of a very happy chapter in his school life. With encouragement and inspiration from King’s staff Alex has flourished. Many people we encounter comment on Alex’s confidence, respectful manner and politeness; qualities which King's value and engender. School life at King's has been a positive experience and a foundation which I believe will stand him in good stead for his future. My son is proud to have been a “King’s Boy” and I am delighted and appreciative that he has benefitted from all the very best that Kings has to offer." Parent
